  Programs are saved from the previous day's practice.....you can save similar segments and erase unwanted segments and times. Average time to program a new practice in is less than a minute and a half.......much less if you have a previous day's practice to slightly modify. You can pause or advance  the program during practice to easily add or subtract time to any segment. You are not limited to the number of segments that you can program in.

The Practice Sentineltm will also give three short beeps two minutes before a segment ends to let you know that the segment is close to ending.
